USING YOUR DISCOUNT CODE
We know everyone loves a deal! Especially when you are subscribed to our mailing list, followed and reviewed us in any social media platforms, you would have known that we publish discount code from time to time!
However, do take note of the following when using your discount code:
You can only use one promotion at a time. Example: New subscribers 10% discount code cannot be use with; or on top of other on-going sales or promotion.
Orders with more than one promotion applied will have to be cancelled. Please note that on a case by case basis, processing fee of S$3.00 charged by third-party companies (ie. services provided by Paypal and Etsy etc.) may still apply.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM SENT
All items are painstakingly handmade. We take every effort to inspect and test durability of every product to ensure that they are in perfect working conditions and securely packed before dispatching.
In a rare circumstance when you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days (local) or 10 days (overseas) from placing your order. We will resolve the error with you as soon as possible.
On a case by case basis, we will either:
Send you a replacement or;
Issue a full refund if the item be out of stock.
We strictly decline any request made after the stipulated period because all products, particularly for pet products- which are more susceptible to pet's gnawing when not supervised, are subjected to wear and tear; as well as individual's care and handling etc.
We are just running a small business and we apologize that we cannot promise a lifetime warranty like other big luxury brands do.
