  • What are your payment mode?
    We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal for both local and overseas orders.
  • Can I pay via manual payment mode (eg. Paynow, Paylah, ATM transfer)?"
    We do accept payment viaPaynow, PayLah and ATM funds transfersfor orders within Singapore. However, it is prior-arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please email us to check before placing your order online.
  • What currency will I be charged in?
    All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • Are Bowtix products ready-stocked?
    All Bowtix products are always in stocked and ready to ship unless otherwise stated. Any personalised bandana or made-to-order products will require a processing time of 3 to 5 working days before shipping. Please take this into consideration when placing your order if you need your order urgently.
  • When will you ship my order?
    We will drop-off your order parcel to a Ninja point daily, from Mondays to Fridays. It takes 2 to 3 working days from the date of drop-off to receive your parcel. For orders placed before 12PM (Singapore time, GMT +8) - Parcel drop-off on the same day. For orders placed after 12PM (Singapore time, GMT +8) - Parcel drop-off on the next working day.
  • Order Cancellation
    To ensure a timely delivery, all orders are usually packed and dispatched within 12 hours upon payment confirmation. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us directly as soon as possible and we will try our best to accede to your request. However, we will not be able to cancel your order once the courier service has been booked or when the order has been packed/ dispatched for delivery.
  • Received a wrong item?
    We take every effort to inspect and test durability of every product to ensure that they are in perfect working conditions and securely packed before dispatching. In a rare circumstance when you received a wrong item, please contact us within 7 days (for local orders) or 20 days (for overseas orders) from placing your order. We will resolve the error with you as soon as possible. We strictly decline any request made after the stipulated period.
  • Do you deliver internationally?
    Yes, we ship world wide! You will be able to see your shipping fees based on your selected shipping options and location when you check out. If you wish to find out your shipping fees before placing an order, please email us directly.
  • How much is local shipping?
    Shipping rates are based on product dimension: Cat bow tie collars and human earrings : S$3.20 Dog bow tie collars and all bandana: S$3.50 All orders are now tracked via Ninja Pack. While this means that we cannot offer you discounted shipping rates but on the other hand, we can ensure that you receive your parcel faster and have a peace of mind knowing that your package is being tracked the entire journey. About Ninja Pack: It takes 2 to 3 working days for Ninja Pack to deliver to your doorsteps. There will be a total of 3 attempts to deliver your parcel with no additional cost. After which the parcel will be returned to us. New shipping request will have to be ordered again for another delivery at your additional cost.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Free shipping for local orders above S$100 (after discounts). Free shipping for overseas orders above S$200 (after discounts).
  • Do you accept returns or exchange?
    Due to hygiene reasons and the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchange. This includes change of mind, incorrect size estimation or misreading of product descriptions. There is strictly no returns or exchange on personalised or sales items; and items sold at Bowtix's pop-up events or affiliate stores. For this reason, please ensure that you have the correct measurements for your little one and always read the product descriptions thoroughly to avoid unnecessary disputes that may arise.
  • My pet has damaged the product, can I get a replacement?"
    We take every effort to inspect and test the durability of every product to ensure that they are in perfect working conditions and securely packed before dispatching. Under no circumstances will we provide a refund or replacement for the damaged products, even if it is shortly after receiving. Please take responsibility to monitor your little ones when they are wearing accessories. Do not leave them unattended for their own safety, especially if they have a high tendancy to chew on a lot. We are only running a small business and we apologise that we cannot promise a lifetime warranty. Thank you for your understanding!

  • Discount code policy
    We know everyone loves a deal! Peeps in our mailing list and social media would have known that we release discount code from time to time! However, do take note of the following when using your discount code: ​ They cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. This means that you can only use one promotion at a time. Orders with more than one promotion applied will have to be cancelled. Please note that on a case by case basis, processing fee of S$3.00 may still apply. Discount code are only applicable to direct online orders and cannot be used during Bowtix pop-up events or at Bowtix affiliate stores.
