Our shipping are fulfilled by our country postal service provider, Singapore Post for trusted and reliable services. As well as Ninja Van, South-east Asia fastest growing logistic company to provide us with a new age delivery solution.

 

Unfortunately, Bowtix will not be liable for any lost of mail for services adhered by these shipping and logistics companies. Rest assured we will assist in any way possible with regards to the delivery process or send feedback on the delivery service you received.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

 

If you changed your mind for any reasons, we will be glad to issue you a refund. However, please note that processing fee charged by third-party companies (ie. services provided by Paypal and Etsy etc.) still applies. Hence, the processing fee of S$3.00 is non-refundable.

 

All returns are subjected to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be purchased directly from Bowtix online store. For purchases made with Bowtix's affiliates, please refer to respective store's return and exchange policy.

  • Item(s) must be returned within 3 days upon placing the order. We strictly decline returns and exchange after the stipulated period.

  • Item(s) must be in its original packaging and free from any signs of usage, damage, furs, stains, washed or perfumed.

  • Gift cards, sales and promotional items are not eligible for any returns or exchange.

  • Buyers are responsible for all the shipping fees incurred during the process and are advised to return the items via trackable method as we cannot be responsible for any lost of mail.

 

We regret to inform that there is strictly no returns or exchange for international orders.

 

 

EXCHANGE

  • Please note that it will be a one-time exchange only.

  • Exchange value must be equivalent to the purchase price. Any price difference will require a seperate top-up; However, there is strictly no refund of balance amount if the exchange price is lower than purchase price.

  • Buyers are responsible for all the shipping fees incurred during the process and are advised to return the items via trackable method as we cannot be responsible for any lost of mail.
